Ship​/Rec Specialist - Level 1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize material flow and storage.

• Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and shipping documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills to track shipments and inventory.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role within supply chain or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
