Dal-Tile, a division of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Kiln Operator in El Paso to monitor tile progression through the kiln, inspect for defects, and ensure consistent quality during the firing process.
You will record hourly kiln temperatures, collect samples for lab, and help maintain a safe, organized workstation while following ISO procedures and reporting any issues to supervision.
