Operator II

Join our manufacturing team as an Operator II and play a key role in operating automated production equipment. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills and attention to detail directly impact product quality and operational efficiency. Operate and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance and output quality. Set up, configure, and calibrate equipment for production runs, including performing routine maintenance tasks.

Conduct regular quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and identify any deviations. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep equipment running smoothly.

Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting inspections to verify product specifications are met. Automation Integration — foundational level; working with automated systems to support efficient production workflows. Lean Methodology — foundational level; applying lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
