Assistant Operator – Converting Department (Corrugated Industry)

We are seeking a reliable Assistant Operator to support machine operations in our Converting Department. This role assists with machine setup, material handling, quality inspections, and maintaining efficient production flow. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while helping ensure quality corrugated products are produced to customer specifications. Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

• Assist with machine setup and changeovers in the Converting Department.
• Handle materials and manage production flow to maintain efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Support maintenance of a safe and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and optimize processes.

• Safety-focused and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and documentation accurately.
