Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, packaging, and labeling of medical devices and pharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Operate and support multiple manufacturing processes across different areas based on certification level.
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities for assigned operations to ensure efficient execution of production plans.
- Ensure availability and proper flow of raw materials to support production requirements.
- Monitor and control production line performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Perform and support quality inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
- Interpret, deploy, and ensure adherence to manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and specifications.
- Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of production documentation in compliance with GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO standards.
- Verify process parameters and perform basic adjustments within established process windows for equipment and operations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues, escalating as needed according to established processes.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, 5S, and process standardization.
- Maintain a safe work environment and support safety initiatives, including participation in programs such as Employee Safety Observations (ESO).
- Follow all safety requirements and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to lab coats, gloves, hair/beard covers, shoe covers, hearing protection, eye protection, and specialized cleanroom garments as required.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to associates; support development of multi-skilled teams.
- Support technicians in autonomous maintenance activities and basic equipment care.
- Handle, segregate, and ensure proper disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and operations according to 5S and cleanroom standards.
- Communicate risks and issues that may impact product quality, safety, or production performance.
- Provide support across areas as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
- Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirement:
- High School Diploma or GED
Working Environment:
- Cleanroom. Protective Gear (PPE) required
