GCC is seeking a skilled Plant Operator to safely control and monitor asphalt production at our El Paso, TX facility. The role requires operating burners and open‑flame combustion systems, maintaining system pressures and temperatures, and ensuring the plant meets customer specifications.
You will coordinate with maintenance and the quality control team, manage production logs and inventory, and support safety programs.
