3-month contract (likely extensions)

Onsite / Hybrid (50-75% onsite)

$45.27/hr

• Initial 3-month contract
• Possibility of extension depending on business needs
• Historically, these roles have been extended every 90 days.

• Manufacturing or Supply Chain Project Management experience (not IT PM).
• Industrial Engineering background preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing projects, process changes, plant setup, material changes, and production line modifications.
• Knowledge of QVE (Quality Value Engineering) or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills in manufacturing environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be local to El Paso or Mt. Juliet and able to travel to the site at least 2 days per week.

• 40-hour work week.
• Travel may be required across North America.
• Experience managing multiple plants and suppliers is highly preferred.

• Lead manufacturing and supply chain projects involving supplier changes, outsourcing, capacity expansion, tooling implementation, and part qualification.
• Manage projects across multiple plants in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and service across manufacturing processes (stamping, sheet metal, bus bars, plastics, die casting).
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, conduct site visits, and track project progress.
• Maintain project documentation and updates in JIRA, i-Project, i-Save, and stage-gate reviews.
