Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for Southwire in El Paso, Texas.

• Operate manufacturing production lines while following established operating procedures and quality standards
• Perform continuity testing to ensure finished products meet quality specifications
• Mold plugs onto electrical cords and prepare finished products for packaging
• Package products into sleeves, master cartons, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and specification compliance
• Read production instructions and determine proper wire lengths for manufacturing
• Set up and operate coiling equipment while maintaining production efficiency
• Remove outer wire jackets according to production specifications and quality standards

• $32,344 Annual Salary

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Previous Manufacturing Experience REQUIRED
• Ability to Lift Up to 45 Pounds REQUIRED

• Ability to Follow Manufacturing Procedures and Safety Standards REQUIRED
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Production Environment REQUIRED
