Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for Southwire in El Paso, Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW- Operate production lines while following established operating procedures and quality standards
- Perform continuity testing to verify finished products meet quality specifications
- Mold plugs onto electrical cords during the manufacturing process
- Package finished products into sleeves and master cartons for shipment
- Seal cartons and prepare completed orders for distribution
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and specification compliance
- Read production instructions to determine proper wire lengths and setup requirements
- Set up and operate coiling equipment while maintaining production efficiency
- Remove outer wire jackets according to production specifications and quality standards
- $31,200 Annual Salary
