Sheet Metal Machine Operator

(El Paso, TX):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Sheet Metal Machine Operator to operate sheet metal machinery and support production operations. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure. Previous machine operating experience is preferred.

• Operate sheet metal machinery and equipment in accordance with production requirements.
• Measure materials and finished components using a tape measure.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machinery as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine checks and report equipment issues to supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as required.
• Ability to lift and handle materials associated with sheet metal production.
• Ability to safely work around manufacturing machinery and equipment.
