Stacker

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Stacker to support our manufacturing operations producing corrugated packaging and paperboard solutions. In this role, you will stack, organize, and secure products from production lines onto pallets, ensuring accurate counts and quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, labeling and wrapping finished loads, and safely moving product using pallet jacks or similar equipment. You will follow strict safety and housekeeping standards, assist machine operators with material handling and basic line support, and complete simple production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Stack corrugated sheets, cartons, and paperboard products from production lines onto pallets according to specifications
• Inspect materials for quality, defects, and proper counts, removing and reporting nonconforming product
• Wrap, band, and label finished loads to ensure safe, accurate shipment and inventory control
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and ergonomic best practices in a fast-paced manufacturing area
• Assist machine operators with material handling, changeovers, and basic line cleanup to maintain uptime
• Use pallet jacks or similar equipment to move finished loads to staging or warehouse areas
• Accurately complete production tickets, load tags, and basic data entry for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and maintenance to support smooth production flow
