Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Supervisor Corrugator to lead safe, efficient corrugated production in our people-first, family-owned manufacturing environment. This role oversees operators and crew on the corrugator, plans daily production, monitors quality and waste, and partners with maintenance to maximize uptime. You will enforce safety standards, track key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement aligned with our commitment to sustainability and customer service.
The Supervisor Corrugator will coach and develop team members, promote strong communication across shifts, and support long-term operational excellence and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise corrugator operators and crew on assigned shifts
- Plan and coordinate daily corrugator production to meet schedules
- Monitor machine performance, waste, and quality standards
- Enforce safety procedures and drive a strong safety culture
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members for performance and growth
- Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability
- Track production data and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards
- Communicate priorities and status updates across departments
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
