Jobot is seeking a Production Manager for its Las Cruces, New Mexico operation, with responsibility for processing, filling, labeling and packaging across the production departments.
Lead, coach and develop both salaried and hourly staff, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive safety, quality and continuous improvement in a global food manufacturing environment.
Relocation assistance is provided. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, plus up to 15% bonus and comprehensive benefits.
