MEDICAL ASSEMBLERS / PRODUCTION
We are currently hiring Medical Assemblers / Production Associates for multiple shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing products while following established production, quality, safety, and documentation procedures.
Available Shifts & Pay Shift Schedule Pay Rate- 1st Shift Monday???
Friday, 6:00 AM???2:00 PM $12.00/hr - 2nd Shift Monday???
Friday, 2:00 PM???10:00 PM $12.50/hr - 3rd Shift Monday???
Friday, 10:00 PM???6:00 AM $13.00/hr - 4th Shift Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM???6:00 PM $15.50/hr
- 5th Shift Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 PM???6:00 AM $17.50/hr
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 months of production or manufacturing experience.
Previous medical device, assembly, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities- Perform hands‑on assembly and production of medical products and components.
- Assemble small parts and components according to established work instructions and specifications.
- Perform visual and basic quality inspections to identify defects or nonconforming products.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and established work instructions.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Meet established production, productivity, and quality goals.
- Properly handle materials, components, and finished products.
- Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Communicate product, equipment, or quality concerns to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Perform additional production or assembly duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 4 months of production or manufacturing experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to follow detailed, multi‑step work procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
- Dependable attendance and ability to report to work consistently for the assigned shift.
- Candidates with previous experience in medical device manufacturing, production assembly, cleanroom environments, small‑parts assembly, quality inspection, packaging, electronics assembly, or other regulated manufacturing environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
