Essential functions:
* Feed the necessary raw material to semi-automated machines.
* Inspect production to ensure they meet requirements.
* Monitor food cooking machines and adjust the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, and cookers.
* Program kitchen equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time.## Qualifications Requirements:
* Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production.
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
* Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* Ability to stand for entire shift.
* Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen preferred.
* Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* Previous machine operator experience, preferably food manufacturing.
* Problem solving skills.
