Administer Certified Operator OJT Training for all Synergy personnel.

• Daily audits of all Synergy production products to ensure compliance to customer specifications.
• On-floor quality presence to monitor activity on each Synergy production line (including all documentation)
• Ensure all parts are packaged, handled and processed correctly.
• Assure proper workflow of startups, shutdown, and job review procedures including sign-off on all Synergy Line Clearance
• Coordinates documents & data collection information to satisfy upcoming production schedule.
• Authorized to have Synergy production lines shutdown if quality concern is identified.
• Confirm Workstations information is accurate and updated as needed.
• Verify Reject Corrective Action Report information on shifts, filled out correctly and proper inventory transactions.
• Verify proper label information, pallet sheets, and carton labels.
• Verify inspection equipment is working properly on Synergy lines, including serving as a back-up for vision system challenges.
• Daily audit of all paperwork and provide training where applicable.
• Instruct relief operators on training requirements for their designated section.
• Ensure all quality systems are being followed.
• Provide support and training for Synergy Sorting including audit of products.
