Position Summary

The E-commerce Growth Manager will be responsible for accelerating Cannon's direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon business through strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and continuous optimization. This role owns online revenue growth and will manage all aspects of our Shopify and Amazon platforms — from traffic and conversion optimization to merchandising, content, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Growth & Strategy
  • Own and grow DTC (Shopify) and Amazon channel revenue
  • Develop and execute e‑commerce growth strategies focused on:
    • Traffic growth
    • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
    • Average order value (AOV)
    • Customer retention
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities, tools, and platforms
Amazon Marketplace Management
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content)
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and deal strategies
  • Manage Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Monitor inventory, forecasting, and in‑stock performance
  • Analyze marketplace data to improve ranking, visibility, and profitability
Direct‑to‑Consumer (Shopify) Management
  • Manage and optimize Shopify storefront performance
  • Improve user experience, site navigation, and conversion funnels
  • Implement product merchandising best practices
  • Execute landing pages, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
  • Collaborate on email, SMS, and remarketing strategies
Website Development & Optimization
  • Perform light web development and site maintenance
  • HTML/CSS
  • Theme customization
  • App integrations
  • Partner with internal teams or external vendors as needed
  • Ensure site speed, mobile optimization, and overall performance best practices
Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Track KPIs including:
    • Revenue growth
    • Conversion rates
    • Traffic source
    • ROAS
    • Customer acquisition cost
  • Build regular performance reports and insights
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement and decision‑making
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams
  • Align promotions, launches, and content across channels
  • Support new product introductions through e‑commerce channels
Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience
  • Proven experience managing:
    • Amazon Seller Central
    • Shopify platforms
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce merchandising, conversion optimization, and online customer journeys
  • Experience managing Amazon advertising
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred
  • Experience in consumer durables, hard goods, or regulated products
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify apps and integrations, email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Experience scaling an e‑commerce business
