Creative Brand & Visual Design Manager

Tropicana Building II, LLC is seeking a Creative Brand & Visual Design Manager to elevate our real estate brand across print and digital channels. You will lead visual identity, oversee brand guidelines, and design marketing collateral for new home communities, including brochures, signage, web assets, social media content, and presentations. Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact campaigns that support home sales.
