Graphic Design Internship (PAID

Atomic Marketing is a full-service marketing agency that helps businesses grow through creative branding, social media, advertising, web design, and digital marketing.

We're looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Design Intern who wants real-world agency experience working with a variety of different local brands.

This is a paid internship where you'll work on real client projects, collaborate with an experienced marketing team, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create logos, branding assets, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Support the creative team with content production, including photo shoots, video production, content planning, and on-site production assistance.
• Assist with photo editing and image retouching.
• Prepare files for print and digital production.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date on design trends and social media best practices.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work (school projects welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual design principles.
• Photography skills are a big plus for this role.
• Must be based in El Paso, Texas, to travel to local client locations for content production.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creativity and a willingness to learn.
