Marketing Associate Position Purpose

The Marketing Associate supports the planning and delivery of event and retail campaigns. This position is not focused on social media or remote marketing.

Each Marketing Associate will learn the brand they support. They will understand its audience and commercial objectives. They will then help turn that information into clear campaign messaging and effective customer engagement.

Campaign Responsibilities

• Learn each brand's audience and campaign goals
• Support campaign briefs and messaging
• Prepare promotional materials and campaign information
• Communicate brand messages clearly
• Gather customer feedback and campaign observations
• Track customer engagement and sales activity
• Help prepare performance updates
• Identify patterns that may improve future results
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams
• Maintain accurate campaign records
