Spanish Speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Advanced Practice Provider

Location: El Paso, TX

Employment Type: Full‑time or Part‑time

Compensation: $50 – $60 per hour plus benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (weekends closed)

We are an established private outpatient family practice serving adult and pediatric patients. We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide high‑quality primary care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (proficiency in both spoken and written languages is required)
• Recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply

• Conduct patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe treatments as authorized by state regulations
• Provide patient education and counseling in both English and Spanish
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with practice and state guidelines
