El Paso Behavioral Health System is a private 167‑bed psychiatric hospital in El Paso, Texas. The facility provides mental health and chemical dependency care through evidence‑based inpatient, day, and outpatient programs that are tailored to meet individual patient needs.

The Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and evaluates patient care for residents through collaborative efforts with the health team. The RN follows the nursing process and adheres to the standards of care set by the Texas Board of Nursing.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current Texas State Board of Nursing license.
• Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medication.
• Must hold current CPR certification upon hire.
• Successful completion of Handle With Care, including physical hold and verbal de‑escalation during orientation.
