• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ year experience in a mother‑baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathetic, patient‑ and family‑centered care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring for signs of complications
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform routine assessments of maternal and newborn vital signs
• Provide emotional support and education to new mothers on safe infant care, breastfeeding, and post‑delivery self‑care, empowering them and their newborns
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care during and after the hospital stay
• Accurately document maternal and newborn assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with hospital policies and procedures

Salary: $48,830 to $97,750 /year
