Schedule

This position requires a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no call and every other weekend off.

Job Description

The 5N Med Surg unit is a fast-paced environment that provides care for a diverse patient population. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will be an integral part of the nursing team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid LVN license in the state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills.
