Universal Hospital Services Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide evidence-based treatment for patients with mental health and chemical dependency issues. The RN will coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaboration with health team members in accordance with the nursing process.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, with at least one year of preferred nursing experience, and licensed by the Texas State Board of Nursing. Excellent benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are offered.
