Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in El Paso, Texas.

Duration: 13 weeks

Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts)

Employment Type: Travel

• Active RN license (U.S.)
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Med‑Surg setting
• Additional qualifications as determined by the client facility

Med‑Surg nurses are responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures and managing medical conditions with pharmaceuticals.

• Complete assignments and orders issued by physicians
• Provide routine and post‑surgical nursing care
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform appropriate treatments
• Administer medications as ordered
• Document medication and treatment administration meticulously to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members
