Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care, with a preference for those who have infusion experience. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient health conditions while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Administer and manage infusion therapies as needed (preferred).
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with medical best practices and continuing education.

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
• Preferably experience with infusion therapy and related procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
