Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cath Lab

As a Registered Nurse at Del Sol Medical Center, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the EP/Biplane Lab, Cath Lab and Hybrid OR, ensuring efficient staffing, technology and clinical support for patient care.

• Provide direct patient care and assist in procedures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health‑care team to deliver quality patient care.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the department.
• Assist the Director in budgetary and strategic planning opportunities for improvement.
• Provide nursing leadership to the unit and oversee the clinical operations of the departments.
• Ensure core competencies are assessed in accordance with the unit’s specific patient population served.

• Licensure/Certification s (required):
  Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support;
  Registered Nurse license.
• Education/Experience (required):
  Diploma in Nursing; minimum 3 years of critical‑care experience.
• Preferred qualifications
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field; EP/Cath experience.
