Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care established by the Texas Board of Nursing.
Qualifications- Education:
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Experience:
A minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred. - Licensure:
Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing. - Additional Requirements:
Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications, have current CPR certification upon hire, and successfully complete the Handle With Care program, including physical hold and verbal de‑escalation during orientation.
