Three-Oaks-Hospice is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for patients in their homes in the El Paso, TX area. This role involves coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families, and referring agencies.
The RN must have an accredited nursing degree, current Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice or home health experience is preferred.
