Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks an on-call Home Health Registered Nurse to provide after-hours nursing coverage for frail senior participants. The RN will perform triage via calls, arrange SN visits, and ensure continuity of care per the plan of care.
Responsibilities include after-hours triage, medication management, and effective communication with families, providers, and the HH Nursing Supervisor. Must have Texas RN license and CPR.
