Overview

Infusion RN Supervisor (RN) – Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends, call, or major holidays.

Joe Battle, El Paso, TX.

This role supports nursing operations in the infusion department, overseeing clinical operations, workforce staffing, quality metrics, and staff development for oncology patients.

• Clinical Oversight – Oversee clinical operations for all nursing clinical support activities, ensure adequate staffing/FTEs, maintain effective coverage, adhere to organizational objectives, and monitor patient satisfaction and quality‑assurance measures.
• Staff Development – Coordinate, implement, and assist with staff training, in‑services, internal development programs, assist with annual performance evaluations, serve as mentor/preceptor, and guide less experienced nurses.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
• RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
• Minimum 5 years actively practicing as a registered nurse, including at least 3 years in oncology.
• Approximately 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current or pending oncology certification preferred.

Traditional office environment. Exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medical preparations, and other oncology clinic environment conditions. Reasonable accommodations available.

Large percent of time performing computer‑based work. Necessary to handle and lift patients, possess manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods, occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs, and corrected vision and hearing within normal range. Reasonable accommodations available.
