We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to join our team in a full-time, day-shift role. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support positive outcomes in a professional and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities- Must have 2 years of Emergency Room Experience and Critical Care.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and promptly communicate changes to appropriate team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in the medical record.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions as appropriate.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
- Respond effectively to patient needs, clinical concerns, and emergent situations.
- Current and active registered nurse licensure in the applicable state.
- Experience in a clinical care setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in documenting care accurately and efficiently.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation practices.
- Experience providing education and support to patients and families.
- Full-time day-shift schedule.
