• Number of Beds: 19 beds, 10 PICU and 9 Peds

This unit is unique in the sense that it establishes a well foundation of pediatric care that omits from caring for a patient with a diagnosis of appendicitis that requires surgery; to caring for a critical patient that has a diagnosis of septic shock requiring vaso-active drips and mechanical ventilation for respiratory support.
