Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care, collaborating with medical providers and other team members.
Responsibilities- Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, documenting care in the patient medical record.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs proactively.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and side effects.
- Educate on non‑medicinal follow‑up measures, diet, exercise, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- 1 year of experience required.
- No travel required.
