University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking a Transfer Center RN to coordinate patient transfers between facilities and internal units. You will communicate with healthcare teams, assess patient needs, and ensure continuity of care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include documenting transfer details and advocating for patients based on urgency and service requirements. A BSN, TX RN licensure, and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS within 6 months are expected.
