University Medical Center of El Paso seeks an experienced nurse leader to oversee the delivery of patient care and clinical services within the NHCs in El Paso County. You will coordinate training, drive performance improvement, ensure Joint Commission readiness, and serve as a clinical liaison between NHC and the hospital’s Nursing Department, reporting to the Clinic Director.
Bachelor degree in Nursing required;
Master’s preferred. Current Texas RN license and CPR certification required.
