Role: RN Lead for Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns
- Coordinate unit workflows and mentor bedside nurses
- Perform maternal-fetal assessments and administer medications
- Support deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn care
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes
- Promote teamwork, professional growth, and whole-person care in a faith-based environment
- Experienced RN with leadership abilities in labor and postpartum care
- Strong clinical skills in maternal-fetal assessment, medication administration, and patient education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compassionate care
