Our Client is seeking LVN Medical Coordinators in El Paso, TX to work within the Health & Human Services field.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES- As a LVN Medical Coordinator you will provide direct nursing care, coordinate medical services, and ensure compliance with all health-related regulations and standards. You will assess, facilitate, and monitor the medical needs of youth, manage medication administration, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- You will perform nursing assessments, including vital signs, height, weight, and health screenings upon admission and as needed. You will respond promptly to medical complaints, urgent care needs, and emergencies while following established nursing protocols.
- You will initiate routine lab tests, ensure required medical assessments are completed, and educate and counsel youth regarding their health status, disease prevention, and treatment plans. You will schedule and track medical, dental, and specialty appointments in compliance with required timelines.

- Current Texas state LPN/LVN license in good standing with completion of a state-approved practical nursing program or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Graduate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) with completion of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 1 year experience in a hospital, clinic, or a health care setting.
- Valid Texas driver’s license in good standing and proof of insurance.
- CPR and First Aid or BLS certification preferred.
- Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
- Compensation processed weekly.
