We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Charge Nurse LVN or RN to join our dynamic team at Avir at Pebble Creek. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care while providing leadership and guidance to our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

• Lead by example
  :
  Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services during the 6 am to 2 pm shift.
• Patient advocacy

  Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting patient-centered care and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Team development

  Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Quality improvement

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
