Role Summary
Seeking a
Role SummarySeeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg to provide direct clinical patient care in a hospital setting. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a shift basis, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services. The role involves coordinating patient care according to established standards, administering medications safely, and supporting quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with medical plans and hospital policies
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Ensure safety, risk management, and compliance with infection control standards
- Administer medications timely and accurately
- Perform emergency response duties as per hospital incident command system
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school;
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred - Current license or certification to practice, along with CPR certification
- Preferred recent acute care experience
- Knowledge of emergency codes and hospital policies
