Registered Nurse; RN; Cardiac Cath Lab

Role Overview:

Provides direct clinical care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on nursing processes.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care tasks.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care within medical regimes.
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policies.
• Support hospital emergency protocols, including incident command system (HICS) responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining care standards, staff competency, and resource management.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; recent acute care experience preferred.
• Current licensure and certifications including BLS; ACLS, PALS, or NRP if applicable.
• Strong clinical assessment, coordination, and communication skills.
