Our client’s highly established, full-service veterinary hospital in El Paso, Texas is looking for their next exceptional team member to join a collaborative four-doctor team with a loyal and growing client base.

  Experienced four-doctor team offering mentorship, collaboration, and professional support
• 💪 2:1 Vet Tech to Doctor ratio – focus on medicine, not admin
• 🕓 4-day full-time schedule within hospital hours (no late nights, no on-call!)
• ⚕️ Mix of general practice and occasional urgent care – no two days are the same

You’ll have everything you need to deliver outstanding care:

• In-house diagnostic lab
• Fully equipped surgical suite
• Therapeutic laser
• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
• Manage a varied caseload of consultations, diagnostics, and procedures
• Build lasting client relationships through compassion and communication
• Contribute positively to a supportive, team-driven culture

• Mon–Fri: 8 AM–6 PM
• Sat: 8 AM–5 PM (rotational)
• No after-hours or on-call, enjoy your evenings and weekends!
