We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in El Paso, TX. About the Role- Provide medical and surgical care for companion animals
- Perform consultations, diagnostics, treatment plans, and routine surgeries
- Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication
- Work alongside experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
- Enjoy a varied caseload including general practice with occasional urgent care cases
- Established practice with a strong reputation and loyal clientele
- Four-doctor team offering collaboration and mentorship
- 2:1 Veterinary Technician-to-Doctor ratio

- Digital radiography
- Digital dental radiography
- In-house diagnostic laboratory
- Ultrasound
- Fully equipped surgical suite
- Therapeutic laser
- Full-time, 4-day work week
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Rotational Saturdays: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No emergency duty or on-call requirements
- Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
- 20% Pro Sal with no negative accrual
- $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Three weeks of PTO plus paid holidays
- CE allowance with paid CE leave
- Paid professional licenses, dues, and liability insurance

- DVM or equivalent, licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
- Comfortable managing a small animal GP caseload
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
