Quality Supervisor – Electrical Components
Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control activities related to electrical components and systems. This role ensures products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. The supervisor leads quality inspections, investigates defects, and provides hands-on troubleshooting support for electrical issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Quality Oversight- Supervise daily quality inspection activities for electrical components, assemblies, and systems
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and inspection plans
- Review and approve inspection results, test reports, and nonconformance documentation
- Monitor production processes to identify quality risks and prevent defects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component failures, including wiring, connectors, sensors, control panels, and PCBs
- Support root cause analysis for electrical defects using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions through testing and validation
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
