Excellerate Supplier Quality Assurance-Bilingual

Excellerate Supplier Quality Technician focuses on our None Conforming Material process, leading improvement efforts and assisting team members.

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months experience within manufacturing or construction environment
• Travel: 0-10%
• Work Schedule:
  
  6AM-6PM, Monday-Friday (overtime may be required; may be performed at any time to meet business needs)

• Manages the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and leads the Material Review Board.
• Leads NCM issues dispositioned as Supplier (Return to Vendor).
• Manages and monitors the NCM Smartsheet to ensure proper and timely disposition of NCMs.
• Identifies NCM trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with all aspects of the business to ensure timely disposition of NCMs.
• Audits NCM area to ensure data accuracy by ensuring physical presence of items.
• Leads and manages the supplier corrective action process (SCAR) for repeat nonconformance.
• Identifies and manages supplier nonconforming issues in BIM.
• Manages Supplier Quality Scorecard and recommends corrections.
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
