Quality Assurance Technician (12‑Month Contract)

El Paso, TX

Responsible for developing and implementing compliance‑and‑cost‑effective quality systems that ensure products and services are reliable, safe, and effective. Develops and maintains quality standards, policies, procedures, and methods for product, material, and component quality.

• Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
• Develop policies, procedures, and methods to check product, material, components, and operational quality and to identify improvements.
• Implement a compliant quality system to assure product and service reliability, safety, and effectiveness.
• Maintain and adhere to SOPs, scientific methods, and quality guidelines while working under limited supervision.

Entry‑level with limited experience; basic knowledge and skills in analytical or operational processes. Holds appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as required. Able to perform routine tasks following clear SOPs.

• Demonstrates knowledge of basic operating procedures for a specific functional area.
• Accountable for execution of specific tasks under supervisor oversight.
• Contributes to quality, cost, and productivity impacts.
• Performs tasks within a group or department with little discretion or decision‑making.
