ASM Global - : R [Food Service / Line Cook / Prep Cook] As a F&B Operations BOH Staff at ASM Global, you'll:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining consistency & presentation;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations in compliance with food safety & sanitation regulations;
Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies using FIFO methods;
Support timely food production during peak service periods to meet guest demand;
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly.
