• Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, slicing meat, making sauces, etc.) for efficient service
• Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of all wok dishes
• Monitor and adjust flame and cooking time to achieve the perfect balance of wok hei (charred aroma and flavor)
• Ensure all dishes are served hot, fresh, and on time
• Keep a clean and organized wok station and kitchen environment
• Check the quality of ingredients and report shortages or issues promptly
• Follow all health and safety standards and kitchen protocols
