This full‑time, hybrid role is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee the successful launch of new dining establishments within our rapidly expanding portfolio in the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that each new restaurant opening reflects our commitment to excellence and innovative dining experiences. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including operations, marketing, and culinary, to establish a seamless opening strategy that meets both our organizational goals and customer expectations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our company.

• Lead the planning and execution of new restaurant openings
• Develop and manage opening timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure compliance with brand standards
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff for new locations
• Establish operational procedures and training programs
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new openings
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics post‑opening

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or openings
• New Restaurant Opening Experience
• Fast Casual Restaurant Experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
